Per Table 4, static dissipative packaging required range is 1x10E5 to less than 1x10E11 ohms, conductive required range is 1x10E2 to less than 1x10E5 ohms, insulator is equal or greater than 1 x 10E11 ohms tested per IEC 61340-2-3.
